I drive roughly 20-30 minutes out of my way to go to this pharmacy. Truly what you would hope for out of the "family pharmacy" shopping experience. The guy running this store is always super happy and nice, and is extremely helpful. Best pharmacy I have ever been with.

Never had a prescription filled like right away after I handed in my paper. Even was able toget a coupon. Found a new pharmacy, woot!!

I've been using Cahaba pharmacy for almost 8 years and they're always the best at everything they do. They're very caring and willing to go above and beyond the regular duties, to make sure their customers are well taken care of. I cannot reccomend Cahaba and Liberty pharmacies enough. The staff is outstanding and the prices, even without insurance, are competitive and 95% of the time, will be lower than the larger chain pharmacies. Jim, Casey, Andrew, and anyone else I've forgotten; thank you for a great 8 years of service and I look forward to many more good years.

Happy and friendly staffs. Medications are filled very smoothly with care. Any problem with a prescription was taken care fast. It feels such an ease to fill a prescription there every times

The absolute best! The owner and his entire team are the kindest people who genuinely care for their customers. They are all so happy, seem to love their jobs, and treat everyone like family. I love doing business with them.

Jim and his staff are simply the best. They make every customer feel like you are their best friend. They also make it a priority to search for any pharmaceutical company discounts, coupons or generic alternatives that might lessen the cost of your prescription medication. I promise that you will not find a better customer experience than what Cahaba or Liberty Pharmacy delivers.

I cannot say enough good things about my new pharmacy. I honestly respect those who work for big chain pharmacies, but I think they are under too much pressure from corporate directives to provide the individual care that my health currently requires. The entire staff at Cahaba does just that; they provide individualized care and consultation while maintaining my privacy with regard to any and all prescriptions. The phone is always answered by a live person. There is never a need to decide which department my call should be routed. An actual person listening and speaking in real time…novel idea. My mother from South Georgia recently came to Birmingham. After an emergency doctor’s appointment, her medications were immediately filled and processed by Cahaba. The refills were then sent personally to her home town pharmacy in Georgia. The two pharmacists from each location spoke live, ensuring everything had been transmitted appropriately. It’s not that other pharmacies aren’t capable of doing this, but it’s the ease and care that everyone here provides when I need it the most. Incredible people, service and care. Thank you!

This is the best pharmacy in the United States. If you are sick and cannot drive-they will deliver you medicine to your house. They come quickly instead of making you wait all day. Best pharmacists I have ever met!”
